A Bit About Emily 

Emily is an emerging female, visual artist who primarily enjoys working with acrylic on canvas and employs the use of other mixed media such as collage and hand drawn illustrations. Other various recycled surfaces such as cardboard, Perspex and wood are also apparent materials in her works.

Having lived and worked in the Dandenong Ranges has had an incredible influence for her love of nature and being creative. She has completed VCE Studio Arts and a Diploma of visual arts, but has had a passion for the subject of art for as long as she could remember. Emily is continuously fascinated by the way humans and other creatures interact with the environment and the earth. She aims to make art that emotively interacts with the viewer and assists her in understanding her own work and her identity.
