TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing this product and any other Em Lowe’s Art products you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in Em Lowes Art T&C's. Em Lowe’s Art does not accept returns of products although does provide refunds for proven (by Em Lowe’s Art employees) faulty products and manufacturing issues. To prove this please provide imagery of the faulty manufactured goods via email. We ask you to keep in mind that Em Lowe’s Art is not responsible for damaged to products as a result of shipping and/or being in transit.

In line with our shipping policy, Em Lowes Art is not at fault or responsible for products after they have left production and are in transit. Products damaged, misplaced or lost in transit and shipping are not refundable by Em Lowe’s Art. We Apoligise for any inconveniences and encourage you to contact us via email with your concerns. We also recommend that you enquire and/or investigate the issue with Australia Post who can take further action.
